Youth Pull

This week’s youth pull, Millard Meadows, was very close to finding a spot on the Screamin’ Seamen B-team, but fell just short of making the grade. He is the first 17 year old we’ve pulled that is really worth a damn, but our training group is already filled with passable defenders. Had we pulled Millard a few weeks from now, he would be worth a lot more than he is now (he will turn 18 in only a few weeks). He has been listed on the transfer market with a starting price of $5,000.

Despite not having a home league match again this week, we were able to turn a small profit. This was mostly due to the sale of Ruben Stewart and youth pull Porter Callaway. We’re looking forward to turning a nice profit in the coming week, as we have our last home match of the season, and expect another sellout.

State of the Team

Team Spirit: Calm (up 1 level from last week)
Team Confidence: Strong (no change)

Sponsor Attitude: High on Life (no change)
Supporter Attitude: High on Life (up 1 level from last week)
Supporters: 1,283 (up 24 from last week)

Playing it cool against Gazzaly FC this week nearly cost us first place, but fortunately we were able to escape from New York with a win. Now we have to hope that our current team spirit and confidence will carry us through, because we do not have the opportunity to help it along any more.

Other News

For those of you who play Hattrick that may not have noticed, a cool new feature has been added. The game will now tell you the best performance a player has ever given. This may lead to a new feature in this dynasty report, and will certainly help when scouring the transfer market (just how many stars can this guy put up, anyway?).

Up Next: A very important league match this evening, as we play host to the fourth place Neon Genesis Evangelion club. Stay tuned!
