Ask, and you shall receive:

Marinated Italian Sausage and Peppers

1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Basalmic Vinegar
2 tb. chopped cilantro
1 tb. dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 Italian Sausage links
1 large red onion, sliced into rings
1 bell pepper, sliced into quarters

Mix oil, vinegar, cilantro, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix. Put the sausages, onion and pepper into a gallon size ziplock bag, and our the oil and spice mixture into the bag.
Seal the bag, and shake it up to coat everything well.
Put the bag in the fridge, and marinate at least one hour (the longer the better)

Heat up the grill. These can be cooked directly on the grill surface, but it works better if you have a grill basket.
Throw everything into the grill basket, saving some of the oil mixture in the bag.
Marinate occaisionally with the oil mix, and cook until the sausages are done.
