White Chocolate Almond Pecan Pie
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup of Sugar
3 tb. butter, melted
1tb vanilla extract
1tb almond extract (can also substitute Amaretto)
1tb chocolate extract (can also substitute Godiva Chocolate liquer)
6 oz. white chocolate, melted
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup sliced almonds
1 9 inch deep dish unbaked pastry shell
Combine the first eight ingredients, beat with a mixer until completely blended. Stir the pecans and almonds into the mixture. Pour the mixture into the pastry shell (you'll probably have a little more mixture than the shell can hold). Bake at 350 for 55 minutes to an hour.
