This has long been complained about to SI, going back to prior versions, but they don't seem to either understand the problem or intend to fix it.

Yeah, I usually don't care much about what my assistant manager thinks or says. Sometimes I read his recommendation for wages, but don't always follow it. I didn't know he could limit your spending though. I thought only the Team Board could do that...
