No, not personal as in "the kid's sick, I have a cold, and I'm looking forward to the holiday break", but more as in "oh let's take a look at my manager profile". I like to pay a visit to that screen every once in a while, see if anything has changed. It says my reputation is "Local" I could have sweared that when we start, it's at obscure. Anyobdy can confirm this? It also say that my preferred formation is still the 4-4-2, even though it's been over a season that I've been playing solely with a 4-3-3 formation. Will it ever update in here? My mental skills ratings are as follows:

I could swear my media handling wasn't at 20 before, even though it's always been kind of high. Also, my loyalty and professionalism ratings were more in the 14-15 range before. Nice to see them go up. On the personal screen, they describe me as a media-friendly boss. That gave me a good laugh
