Those aren't bodies, those are active Japanese units that we can see. Naturally, there are a lot more that we cannot see right now.
Blade6119: The text for the tutorials is in the manual. The manual is a big PDF file, and you should have a link to it under your start button somewhere. I believe the tutorials start on page 82. You'll also probably want to print out the page that lists the hotkeys. There are quite a few.
For those of you who have taken a look at the game, it can be pretty detailed, particularly with a large unit like ours.
