And congrats to all you who said “6 weeks” in the “Guess When ex-QB now-FB Briggs will Get Hurt” contest. Yes, that’s right. Briggs got his bells rung last week against that powerhouse South Florida. He is listed as out for 4 weeks with a concussion. Impressive that the 6-1, 214 lb. FB made it a long as he did.

Outside of the injury update, this week is silent on campus. We have the week off to celebrate our two consecutive defeats and will return to action next week against Troy State. I spend the week flying around the US spending Notre Dame’s money.
