SEASON REVIEW
While this year had its frustrating and difficult moments, we far exceeded our goals for the year.

We were 5th in the league in rushing yards, though 31st in yards per carry. With a 16.4 point average we are 25th in scoring. We were 7th in both turnovers (17) and turnover margin (+5). But it was our defense who were the stars this year. This team breaks the record as the #1 rushing defense of all time, allowing just 72.5 yards per game. In points allowed we were third best with 15.8.

As for our running back, Nixon had a solid rookie year. He finishes with a league best 1784 yards, which is the 11th most yards in the history of the league, and the most yards in the team's history. Nixon was second in the league in rushing TDs with 11, which is the second most in Atlanta's history. Leland finished with an average of 3.7 yards per carry, which isn't great but it just a bit below the league median average. Nixon is also named the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year. The biggest negative stat, Nixon had more fumbles than all but two players in the league, with 9.
