I cannot believe that it is only a 220 dollar fine for going 114 freaking miles an hour. The fine for going that fast should be like 1000 bucks or more, and liscense suspension. That is just unreasonable driving, and there is no reason for ever going that fast, unless someone needs to go to the hospitol(baby born, bleeding, shot....etc)
