Mavirr saw that the horses were finished being prepared, and so he jumped on one of the remaining horses.
"I sure hope this one is good. Why wouldn't it be? I doubt a Lord would keep a slow, lazy horse around!" He looked back at the heroes still not on their horses, and grinned. Mavirr then kicked the side of his horse and rode it once in a small circle before he pulled the reigns back.
"Well, at least I know it'll respond to my commands." Mavirr sat on his horse impatiently, and continued to speak: "What are we waiting for? Let's go meet this ranger!"
