Just for your information, the fastest death was by Coffee Warlord (was it I or II?), who died less than a minute into his first mission. The ramp dropped and he got hit by incoming fire. Dead.
Not that this would ever happen to you, but I just thought I'd share.
On the positive side, you've got a lot of room for improvement!

Hah! I'm a coward with no aim! That doesn't bode too well for anyone assigned with me on a mission...
