Can someone please tell me the difference between CURRENT form and GENERAL form?

If I have a player that has "inadequate fom" I assume that is his current form. So then what is his general form?

General Form is the form that the player will always tend. Some players have a high general form, so although their form will vary, it will always tend toward the higher end. Other players have poor general form and will tend toward the lower end of the scale.
