Group 2 - Holes 16 - 18
Kevin Wayne - (-6);
Wayne gets his 3rd straight birdie on number 16 then pars out to shoot a 32 on the back and a 68 for the round (-7)
Michael Weideman - (-7)
Weideman has chances at birdie on 16, but he fails to convert the 14 foot putt. A poor putt again at 17 force him to accept another par and a bad drive on 18 keeps him from being aggressive. It appears that fatigue really grabbed Michael, and on this extremely long course it isn't surprising. Weideman does however post a 34 on the back 9 and a 68 for the day. (-7)
Group3 - Holes 13 - 15
AJ Tucker - (-3);
Par 3 putt bogey and par.(-2)
Mike Tokunaga - (-7)
Birdies number 13 with a 18 foot putt for birdie. then a bogey at 15 drops him back to 7 under. (-7)
Rolin Bywater - (-4)
Once again Bywater can't build on his good play. Pars at 13 and 14 are followed by a bogey at 15. (-3)
Group 4 - Holes 10 - 12
Brian Babson- (-3);
Starts off the back with a par at 10, but then a nicely struck drive and approach iron appears to wake up the former boxer, as the 8 foot putt for birdie is made. The first par 5 on the back - a 580 yard hole is amazingly reached in two. A 330+ yard drive is followed by a 250 yard 1 iron. 2 putts from 30 feet gives Babson consecutive birds..(-5)
TE Almighty - (-11)
3 pars, only shot at birdie was on 12, but the double breaking 18 footer slid by the hole. (-11)
Kyle Kappe III - (-7)
A super 14 foot putt is made on 10 for birdie and a 3rd shot iron at 12 is cozeyed but only 5 feet from the hole leading to another birdie.(-9)
Group 5 - Holes 7 - 9
Jimmy Fuijita- (-6);
Pars 7 but poor drives at 8 and 9 both eventually lead to bogeys. Jimmy's front 9 is a 39.(-4)
Duncan Baxter - (-11)
Baxter hits the ball in the bunker at 8, but this time he can't make the sand save and he take a bogey. The front 9 is a 34.(-10)
Colton Mayes - (-16)
Pars out the front 9 and shoots a 34. (-16)
