I have ordered a census and the results have come in.

A province high on both lists is a priority province that we should try and keep. Obviously, Jakarta, Mysore, Maharashatra and Delhi are our key financial province, according to this list. Add Malacca and Samar for their Center of Trade income, and you get an idea of what we need to protect.
