Longtime series driver Bobby Mask has officially retired. He was to finish this season but has decided it would be best if he stepped down now. He has failed to qualify for the last two events.

With Mask's team shutting down, a new team and driver have decided to enter the series for the final 13 races. Daniel Schoonover will drive a #13 car for the remainder of the season.
