Syracuse takes the ball and lights off their 2 minute offense.

The good news is they need 80 yards. The bad news is that they get it. TD, Syracuse. The XP puts them up, 7-6, with 58 seconds left in the half.

The first score on our defense for the season, and we're losing.

The kickoff from Syracuse is a touchback, and we head out to the 20 with three receivers, a TE, and Mason in the backfield.

I hit Witt on a post pattern, and he's drug down 27 yards later. It eats up a lot of clock, but apparently Coach Fulmer doesn't think we'll score regardless and doesn't call a time out.

An incomplete pass to Mason in the flat, and an incomplete to Everett on a hail mary finish out the half.

At the half, it's Syracuse 7, Tennessee 6
