I awake on Sunday morning quite sore. More so than I ever recall being. I'm extremely beat and exhausted. The first thing that pops in my mind is that I need to go see the game film of yesterday's game and start preparing for Syracuse.
My roommate shatters that thought for the moment.
"Have you seen your car?", asks receiver Aaron Moser, my roommate.
"Obviously not." I respond. Aaron likes to play this cat and mouse game with things he knows; things he knows that I don't.
"I hope you like the open air..." responds my friend.
"Say what?"
That got my attention. I throw on some clothes and run out to the parking lot. My passenger window is shattered, and my UT student ID card is gone.
"Guess someone wants a souvenir" remarks Moser, "You might want to check EBay in a few days".
"Thanks, hater, see if I throw you the ball in the near future."
"Like that would be much of a change."
I spend part of my morning with the police and then getting a new student ID.
