Nov 12 – We can get another tradition! Next in Statecraft is “Inspiring Agenda” which unlocks two Agendas called Rightful Claims and Oppose the Fallen. Those give me boosted damage vs Crisis and Fallen Empires for the latter and Rival Flu gain of +50% and +50% damage to them
