Our RPI suffers from my decision to schedule three brand-new Division I teams. I fully expect it to improve now that we're playing against the Big East.

I deliberately tried to keep all the new teams off the bottom of the Prestige list. I wonder if they'll be able to recruit some decent incoming freshmen this year?
The most impressive victory recorded by one of the newbies has to be Amherst's 61-52 victory over local rival Massachusetts. UMass is an Atlantic 10 school with a Prestige of 58. Kenyon beat William & Mary, 63-54, and Haverford came close to upsetting Seton Hall, losing 52-45.
Carleton beat Northwestern, but that's not as impressive as it might seem. The Wildcats are horrible. They're 0-13, and you might remember them losing 84-34 to us.
The newbies' other victories have come at each other's expense, or in matchups against other low-Prestige teams from around the nation.
