I'll admit to being a huge Judas Priest fan going back 40 years to my pre- and early teens, but I'll be damned if the new album isn't some of the best stuff they've done in decades. The last album was really good but this one's better - 50 years after the release of their first album.
Nothing groundbreaking, just some damn good metal.
I'll be seeing them in May in Atlanta with a couple of high school friends. I last saw them around 1990 or so with Megadeth and Testament. I definitely want to see Halford at least one more time. Hard to believe that dude is only a few years younger than parents.
