Yes, agree there didn't seem to be a parachute involved. Redditors are puzzled, give them a couple days and they'll come up with a working theory.

oh there was a picture and explanation of the illum thingee. The parachute is on the phosphurous canister inside not on the missile itself. So I guess the missile just "falls to earth".....WHOOPSIE!
