Where are you guys seeing this cohesion thing? Is it a value displayed on a screen somewhere? I know QB's have Chemistry with WR's but is there a score for the whole team somewhere?
I've just finished my first off-season after winning the Bowl and retained like 40 players so I'm a bit saddened to read that I might be on the way to a terrible year because of that
