As we've discussed elsewhere, there are ways to win with above-average offensive skill players and a below-average (but not actively detrimental) QB, and there are ways to win with an above-average QB and below-average offensive skill players, and there are
definitely ways to win with a HOF QB and below-average offensive skill players, but there aren't really ways to win with below-average offensive skill players and a below-average QB, no matter how good your defense is.
