I can remember getting the LZ box set when it was released in 1990 and considering that classic rock and another generation's music from what I grew up on. And now I think back, and their last true album was released in 1979, so that was only 11 years later. Meanwhile, Peter Steele of Type O Negative died 12 years ago. Completely different perspectives on the passage of time.
