No indication of that as far as I've seen.
They were too busy standing around with their thumbs up their ass to shoot much of anybody. (Indeed, the report noted that the ones who did finally take down the shooter pretty much got permission from nobody -- since basically nobody was functioning in any sort of commander role -- and just acted)
