Week 7 Training Results
We saw more improvement as a result of our midfielder training program this week, though not all of it was from the players that we expected it to be.
Javier Tejeda
Position: Inner Midfielder
Jersey #8
18 years old, passable (6) form, healthy.
A sympathetic guy who is temperamental and upright.
Has disastrous (1) experience and inadequate (5) leadership abilities.

Javier is the next-to-last of our midfield trainees to show a marked improvement in his playmaking abilities. Agustin Alustiza remains the only one who has yet to show this kind of improvement.
Cameron “Big Mac” McDonald

A pleasant guy who is temperamental and honest.

Nationality: American
Assessed Value: $107,000
Wage: $1,790 per week
Stamina: Formidable (9)

Winger: Passable (6)
Scoring: Poor (3)
Goaltending: Disastrous (1)
Passing: Wretched (2)
Defending: Excellent (8)
Set Pieces: Passable (6)
The improvements shown by “Big Mac” McDonald and Ben McMahon were completely unexpected, but are also relatively inconsequential. Still, every little bit helps I suppose.
Form Changes
5 players saw their form improve this week:
-Central Defender Sven Svensson -> excellent (8)
-Central Defender Cameron “Big Mac” McDonald -> solid (7)
-Winger Ivan Richardy -> solid (7)
-Midfielder Rune Kolberg -> inadequate (5)
-Wingback Tyler Willard -> inadequate (5)
13 players saw their form remain the same this week.
4 players dropped in form this week:
-Wingback Mattias Leier -> passable (6)
-Midfielder Jaimy van de Kerkhof -> passable (6)
-Forward German Galvez -> inadequate (5)
(a 2 level drop)
-Forward Johannes Henriksson -> weak (4)
The obvious good news is that Tyler Willard’s slump appears to be coming to a rapid end. We were concerned about his play, but he seems to be coming back rather nicely, and will probably reclaim his starting spot this weekend.
The bad news is particularly bad, however, as both German Galvez and Johannes Henriksson took a dive this week. Forrest “Gump” Tobias is already in miserable form, leaving us with only one viable forward; Guido Metman. Galvez will probably remain in the starting lineup, but only out of necessity.
In The Zone
Despite his pending suspension this weekend, Arlen “Headcase” Lucas remains in excellent (8) form this week. He is joined by another defender and the newest member of SSFC, Sven Svensson.
On a side note, now that 2003 is over, “Headcase” officially spent the entire year in passable (6) or better form. Gotta love that.
Form Dogs
No change here this week. Despite seeing the pitch regularly for the past couple of weeks, Ben McMahon and Forrest “Gump” Tobias both remain in poor (3) form. Unless they improve soon, their days with the club are probably numbered.
