I got the new model XL. Glad I did, 'cause a lot of my research said their size ranges are geared towards the lower end. Plenty of room. Smaller size i think woulda been too small.
I will say, if you want softer cushion, the Secret Labs are absolutely NOT for you. From what I've read, they do start to give more later down the road, but no one would sit in these and say, "Wow, soft." I'm tempted to get some sorta cushion for it.
As far as back support and overall sturdiness, granted, my ass has been in it for about an hour and a half, but it feels pretty good there.

I've been sitting on a mesh seat with the plastic back so any cushion at all will feel like a step up. I mainly want something with a headrest.
Did you do the faux leather or fabric? They have too many options!
Thanks for the sizing help. Definitely would rather have a chair that is too big than too small.
