She is desperate. Most believe the election is split, she will be the one who loses. She is not as known or as liked as Perdue (not that he particularly loved), and she was appointed over Trump's objection. With the Trump demonization of Kemp, that makes her appointment even worse. That is why she has firmly attached her mouth to Trump's butt, and has courted the Q people. "Desperate" is an apt definition of her.
