13 June – Morocco declares us their new rival and then breaks their alliance with us.
I do the same and declare them my rival.

7 Nov – I proclaim another guarantee for Castile as I know that Aragon is looking for war as they have moved their army to the border. Castile is my meal, not yours!

We have all of our allies (with Morocco now gone) – The Isles, Tlemcen, Tunis and the Turks
They are going to try and drive us from our own lands, which they stole from us once before. We will now hold them again, no matter the cost.
I have my navies camped in my harbors, away from multiple potential fleets. As a reminder, these punitive wars are driven by the victors.

15 July – Many of the cores were finished. I can finish a mission. We bring in and end Portugal and for the next 20 years we get huge bonuses to colonial range and settler growth.
