With Bailey being sick and missing a full week of practice less than 2 week ago, I have no idea what to expect in this meet.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bailey

# 5 (d1/s1): G 15 & Over 100 Fly (1:01.09) - she's working on retooling the stroke again to start incorporating the bending of her knees. She said her timing is really off because of the change so i don't expect she'll come close to her seed time. But if she can come close to her 1:04s that was a good untapered time for her earlier this season it's probably a very good sign.

# 13 (d1/s1): G 15 & Over 100 Back (1:04.07) - She was very excited about her backstrokes right before she got sick. Her interval training was indicating she could drop several seconds here. I'm hoping that she'll at least be able to drop some time, and we'll see the bigger drops through long course and into next season.

# 29 (d1/s1): G 15 & Over 400 Medley (4:50.18) - too many variables to know what to expect...the biggest issue is probably going to be the distance of the swim. I think she'll be strong enough in the 100s and maybe the 200s, but I'm afraid that week off is going to cause her to run out gas in this one.

# 69 (d2/s4): G 15 & Over 200 Medley (2:16.63) - again too many variables - reworked fly, breast is still a concern and fatigue, counter acted by improved back and freestyles.

# 77 (d2/s4): G 15 & Over 200 Back (2:15.42) - like the 100 back, but because she had been doing more distance stuff in practice I really felt this one might improve a good bit. As it is, I just hope she can get a personal best.

# 93 (d2/s4): G 15 & Over 500 Free (5:26.82) - Like the 400 IM, I don't think she's recovered from her time out of the pool sufficiently to do well in this one.
