We're going with a 15 man initial call list this time, as we've only got about a $6,000 monthly budget for recruiting, so things are going to be much more local and regional for a while. We've got 4 scholarships to use, and I definitely want to use 2 of them on a SF and a SG. As for the other 2, the best I can get. I'm also not going to reach, as you can see I've got it pretty much split evenly between 3 star recruits and 4/5 star recruits. I'd much rather sign 4 3 star recruits if I have to.
