Okay, so let's break down the article.

The Great Inversion:

1990 - 75% white, 25% black (~5% black cops)
2000 - 50% white, 50% black (~5% black cops)
2010 - 35% white, 65% black, ~5% black cops

To be fair, parenthesis indicate my assumptions.

What else am I missing from the Great Inversion beyond that? In twenty years since the Great Inversion the Ferguson PD could only muster 3 black cops? Seriously?
