Nobody dies from a blizzard (unless they're homeless, old & the power goes out, etc). Basically nobody dies from a hurricane either, unless they're just plain dense. Not like tornadoes or earthquakes that can just happen without warning and cause loss of life to people who are able-bodied and otherwise healthy.
