IV.19 is going to be a god-awful next year.
Based off of this year's average ratings, here is where new teams rank.
1. Manchester FC
2. Mountaineer/Charleston
3. Hulligans
4. Cows
5. Gargs
6. Fockers
7. Evil
8. Greg's guys
Sounds like Cows will be making a move. Not sure about Fockers or Hullis. Unfortunately for me, I can't make any real moves until about 1/2 through the season, or if I don't get that U-20 player. Regardless, this division will be a meat grinder this season.
