QB Quinn Sherman, North Texas - Started 9 games. Threw for 2267 yards with 18 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. All-conference and all-academic.

RB Terry Kirchgessner, MD - Little time as a backup. Ran for 24 yards and had 1 reception for 15 yards.

RB Jake Cunningham, Central Michigan - Started all 11 games in his last season at college. Ran for 1455 yards with 17 touchdowns. Caught 22 passes for 132 yards with 1 touchdown. Returned 7 punts for a 10.5 average and 6 kicks for a 39.3 average with 1 for a touchdown. Had the 4th highest scoring season for a runningback so far.

FB Cornelius Gregson, San Diego St. - Started all 14 games in his final season at college. Ran for 123 yards with 5 touchdowns. Caught 33 passes for 356 yards with 2 touchdowns. Had 15 key run blocks. All-conference. Had the 2nd highest scoring season by a fullback so far. His 4 college seaons are currently 4 of the top 5 seasons for a fullback so far.

WR Cornell Craddock, Florida State - Started 12 games but a torn achilles tendon ended his season with the team still in the playoffs. Had 31 receptions for 510 yards with 4 touchdowns. Returned 31 punts for a 9.4 average and 1 for a touchdown. Returned 8 kicks for a 26.7 average.

WR Patrick Douglas, Philadelphia (NFL) - Entered the draft and was drafted in the second round by the Eagles. Played all season and started 4 regular season games and 1 playoff game. The Eagles lost to the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Caught 31 passes for 253 yards with 1 touchdown.

TE Alvin Briggs, California - Limited time as a backup with 5 tackles on special teams in his last season in college.

T Bob Simons, Minnesota - Started all 12 games. Had 48 key run blocks and allowed just 1 sack. All-conference. Had the 2nd highest scoring season for an offensive lineman so far.

C Cedric Gaylon, UCLA - Limited time as a backup.

P Alonzo Goodlink, Green Bay (NFL) - Averaged 46.7 per punt with 37 IST.

K Teddy Jordan, Texas - Academic Probation.

DT Randy Kelly, Cincinnati - Started 10 games before a hamstring problem ended his season. Had 30 tackles, 5.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss, 13 assists and forced 1 fumble. All-conference. Had the highest scoring season for a defensive tackle so far.

DE Marty Whalen, Kansas City (NFL) - Went to the pros and was not drafted but signed with Kansas City as a free agent. Played in 14 regular season games, started 2 of them. Did not play in the playoffs. Had 10 tackles, 2 sacks, 4 assists and 2 forced fumbles. Had the 5th highest scoring season by a defensive end so far.

LB Mario Hartman, Vanderbilt - Started all 15 games. Had 53 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 16 assists, 1 interception and 3 passes defended. All-conference.

LB Tom Bunker, Camden - Played all 11 games and started 4. Had 26 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 11 assists and 5 passes defended.

CB Deon McDuffee, MD - Started all 13 games. Had 45 tackles, 1 sack, 9 tackles for loss, 11 assists, 2 interceptions with 1 for a touchdown, 17 passes defended, forced 3 fumbles and returned 33 punts for a 10.0 average. All-conference. Had the 4th highest scoring season for a cornerback so far.

S Brenden Heemskerk, Kansas State - Academic probation.
