CENTERS

13 Ted Deas C Sr 6'10" 253 Morehead City, NC

Ted is a walk on in his final year with us. I don’t expect him to be any more than a practive squad player.

35 Vaughn Batiste C Jr 6'11" 290 Puyallup, WA

Vaughn had a few nice games for us last year, and continues to improve. As a junior, we wish he was a little farther along, but he will still get a bit of playing time.

21 Chuck Jones C Jr 6' 9" 222 Milwaukie, OR

Chuck is a rebounding specialist, which is not going to earn him a ton of playing time for us.

Pierre Jones C So 6' 8" 223 Bronx, NY

Pierre remains our starting center. His defense is slowly improving, and we may have to call for some double teams down on the block. He is certainly a more than capable scorer and rebounded though.

53 Charles Barr C So 6' 8" 228 Homer, NY

Charles is a great defender, something we really need down low. His offensive game is starting to come around as well, so we will try to get him on the court more often this year.

14 Moses Litton C Fr 6' 8" 205 Accord, NY

Moses is our highly touted Freshman. He can really do it all, but needs another year or so to really round out his skills and become a star. He is our 6th man and will get a ton of playing time, and may even prove he deserves a starting spot.

POWER FORWARDS

Chris Needham PF Jr 6'10" 269 Scotts Valley, CA

Chirs is a shut down defender, has some great moves on offense and can really clean the boards. We are looking for a really strong year from Chris this season. He will start at Power Forward.

1 Jamey Kaufmann PF So 6'11" 238 Garnett, KS

This walk on will not play much at all.

SMALL FORWARDS

Ed Silverman SF Sr 6' 8" 217 Forestville, MD

Ed can really drain the 3 pointer. He can also clean the class with the best of them. He struggles on defense which was a big concern last year. However, he is probably our best option to start at SF despite the weaknesses. This might be the position that our freshman, Moses inherits mid season if Silverman does not perform, especially on defense.

31 Jeromy Goetz SF Jr 6' 9" 254 La Vernia, TX

Another walk on who we don’t want to see on the floor.

SHOOTING GUARD

12 Devon Price SG Jr 6' 6" 213 Eielson Afb, AK

Devon is like a jack of all trades, and will see some decent playing time off the bench as the 7th or 8th man in the rotation.

POINT GUARDS

Johnnie Moore PG Jr 6' 3" 200 Farrell, PA

Johnnie has a very nice jump shot, a great handle on the ball and knows how to distribute it. He is another guy where we are concerned about defense though. I think we are looking at a zone this year. He will start at PG regardless.

2 Dalton Lee PG Jr 5'11" 176 Satsuma, AL

Yet another walk on who will not be much help at all.

Thomas Delrosario PG So 6' 0" 176 East Greenbush, NY

A natural point guard, but we will start him at the SG guard spot because of his excellent shooting skills in addition to point guard skills. He is one of our better defenders.

54 James Raby PG Fr 6' 2" 194 Ilion, NY

James has a nice shot and some good PG skills. He will see his share of time off the bench as a true freshman.
