Maybe i'm missing something here. The average income of an indonesian worker is something like 4000 american per year. Yet this guy is able to afford 1500/year for his baby to smoke?
Unless when they say "the equivalent of 5 dollars for two packs of marlboros" they mean "the equivalent of 5 dollars in relation to their average salary" or something like that.
It almost has to be a hoax.
