I just don't see this being profitable. They would have to pay Bernie the goon just a $20 million a year fee for the race, then spend at least $200-$300 million (I believe the track in Shanghai cost $500 million, and the track in Abu Dhabi neared a $1 billion) on a track that meets F1 standards (Indy is the only track in the U.S. that meets those standards). I also think this maybe a ploy to try to get Indy to come to the table and discuss hosting the race.
