In my crapass opinion, these are the arguable ones:
Indy/Han Solo
Conan/Terminator
Rambo/Rocky
Man With No Name/Dirty Harry
All of those characters were featured in multiple roles, and are recognizable by just anybody with a passing knowledge of movies. I'd probably put Heston, Bogart and Julie Andrews right on the edge.
