you're right. I say they should lock that kid up for life. and, you should also feel free to scold the kid however you see fit. Clearly, the kid's parents don't know what they are doing, so it's totally cool for you to come on and parent how you see fit. yell and scream away. next time, I recommend spanking the kid as well. in fact, go back there now and do it - it'll be good for everyone in the long run.
