Granted, I was talking more about in general than trying to say there weren't specific exceptions. While Chipolte isn't really handy for us, Barberito's is & does something similar so I'll concede that there are a few exceptions. Even so, Chipolte specifically
has been noted as having cut back their portions
From fast food to sit-down, there's been a concentrated effort in the past 3-5 years to make significant cuts in size while making miniscule cuts in price. (TGI Friday's "Right Size, Right Price" is an easy example).
