I think the Rams easily get the best of this deal due to Roethlisberger having recently signed a huge extension (and already having the signing bonus in the bank). If you don't consider that, I think it's a little closer, but still favors the Rams due to the known vs unknown (+ the unknown's signing demands).
I imagine that Rams' fans would be pretty happy if Bradford turns into a Roethlisberger-like player when he hits his peak.
