This was happening to me too - each time it actually was sending a charge to my cards, just not registering on the system. I found this out when an Amazon purchase was denied because my charge had been temporarily locked for suspicious activity (multiple 2.99 charges). So if you were getting card errors, I'd check to see if they were actually going through. Still no game in the game purchased history for me, though
