It's talked about a few times a year, the posters are always there as a reminder, and most importantly if bullying is observed by the teachers, definitive action is taken. I also think its important to add that the children who exhibit anti-bullying behaviors (sharing, asking an isolated child to join their group, etc..) are systematically rewarded and praised particularly during their formative years in school. Initially pairing pro social behavior with positive reinforcement can encourage the development of more intrinsic motivation as the behaviors become ingrained and the children mature.
