Obviously noscript or some other type of protection that blocks iframes usually takes care of 99% of these though. Adblockers are not designed necessarily as security protection so are more hit or miss.

You should practice safe browsing everywhere on the web these days, mainstream sites are infected like this all of the time, so not using protection puts your computer at risk.
