I agree that there isn't going to be a huge battle over this, at least now. It's not really a huge change. But it will become an issue, to some degree, eventually.

I would love to see someone take another shot at the overreach of the commerce clause and challenge the authority of the federal government to regulate marijuana that was grown, sold, and used all within California borders. That might be an ideal front to re-assert states' rights in other contexts.
