I wish I was.
I will clarify a bit though. It is all in text, and is incredibly tongue in cheek. They are mocking him pretty thoroughly.
I believe they also never actually say it is Hitler, but it is pretty blatant. The usual cracks about the moustache, painting, and all that jazz.
They definitely put more thought into the Hitler jokes portion of the tutorial than they did on actual usefulness.
