Great idea. I was thinking something like this would make a fun draft.
Some random thoughts:
How do you count a person who is born in one country but did their thing in another?
How are older regions/kingdoms/empires going to count?
i know this is a people driven draft, but how about adding some geography? maybe a natural beauty and a man made icon.
