Another thing I didn't understand, but am chalking up to NHL officiating.

Kennedy and Giroux. Both toss their gloves. Both land punches. Giroux ends up on top of Kennedy.

Commercial.

Giroux and Kennedy 2 for roughing a piece (plus 2 to Giroux for elbowing, this all occurred on a delayed call).

Letang and Powe, 5 each for fighting.
