I think that's even asking too much. I could never really understand fielding ratings. Pitching and hitting ratings make sense, but I always found fielding ratings to be nothing more than a rough approximation of ability. Guys with much higher tend to play better, but how numbers get determined and how they specifically effect fielding is beyond anything I could figure out.
